Public Testimony
Mr. Moore gave public comment at Sugar Land City Council. Moore discussed the upcoming city parks bond election, and requested a convict leasing museum and public apology regarding the convict leasing system that Sugar Land was founded on. Mr. Moore's three minute public comment discussed the historical necessity of this action along with the hypocrisy of the city of Sugar Land and the state of Texas with regards to convict leasing.
