Written record of Committee on Rivers and Harbors (House of Representatives 75th Congress) on the proposed budget improvements of the Houston Ship Channel and Buffalo Bayou. Maj. Gen. J.L Schley (chief of Engineers, U.S. Army) and U.S. Representative Albert Thomas (not on committee) whose district contains both the Houston Ship Channel and Buffalo Bayou testifies before committee.
