This manifest documents the forced departure of 31 enslaved people from New Orleans to Galveston aboard the Brig "Rover." The disembarkation was recorded as December 14, 1843 by the U.S. Customs House of the District of Mississippi.

This manifest lists 31 enslaved people who were boarded onto a brig named Rover which was captained by someone named Faher. They were claimed as the property of a J.B. Sealey of South Carolina.
