Interview - Elaine Tao

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Elaine moved to Houston with her family when she was 13 years old. She has an out-going personality and has always participated in many community activities since arriving in Houston. She attended the University of Houston with a music scholarship and graduated with a BA in Piano Performance and MBA. Upon graduation, she worked for Mitsui and Co. for seven years in Seattle; she eventually left that job and returned to Houston. After getting married and having kids, she started to run businesses, from Eden Image and Taoday Investments to the Campbell Learning Center. Elaine now lives happily with her husband, two children, three companies, and a music school. With the blessing and support of all her loving friends and family, she currently participates in many volunteer organizations. Her favorite pastime is eating out and hanging out with her friends.
