Thuy Bich Le was born in Saigon, Vietnam in 1971. Her family first immigrated to the United States in 1976 when she was 5. After living in Knoxville, TN with their American sponsor family, Thuy’s family moved to Houston. Thuy later would attend the University of Austin where she would received her Bachelors degree in finance. She currently works in mortgage finance for the Citizens Title firm. Thuy works from home, and has been employed by the firm since 1999.
