Interview - Ming-Jer Tsai

Dr. Ming-Jer Tsai is currently a professor at Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology. He was born in Taichung, Taipei, the third eldest in a family of six children. He studied at the National Taiwan University before immigrating to the United States to get his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at the University of California, Davis. During the interview, he talked about the mentorship styles and the politics involved in the research field. He also talked about how the results of his research on COUP-TFII can help patients in the future.
