Interview - Phu Nhuan Le

Mr. Phu Nhuan Le, born in Saigon, led a harsh early life which involved a lot of running and hiding from the war fires throughout the two back-to-back war periods in Vietnam: the French colonial operation and the Vietnam War. Despite the hardship of the wars, his strong work ethic and passion for journalism earned him a spot in the first generation of Vietnamese reporters that were professionally trained by the American professionals, and later enabled him to become the Editor in Chief of the National Press Agency, the national voice of South Vietnam government, during the Vietnam War.
