Sherry Cheng is a Houston-based freelance writer and arts critic at ACTX (the “Arts & Culture Texas”magazine) and Classical Review online, pre-school music educator, piano performer. Her title also includes Director at the HCC Chamber Music Series, and a committee member of the Cultural Advisory Committee at the Houston Grand Opera. Sherry Cheng holds a Master of Music degree in piano performance from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of the same from the University of Oklahoma.
