Interview - Ken Lee

Ken Lee was born in Seoul, Korea in 1933. He was the first son of six children, all of whom were born in Korea. Following the Korean War, he came to Oregon State University to get his degree in chemical engineering. When studying for his PhD at Carnegie Mellon, he met his future wife, Bobby. He then got a job working at the Bellaire labs for Shell and moved to Houston in 1973. He has two daughters who both still reside in the Houston area, one who is an accountant and another who is a music teacher.
